A local family team
North Point Property Management was set up in 2019 by Jonathon Welch and Josie Bentley to look after our own family’s homes in Tameside. We now manage for other landlords too.
Our story
Landlords first, agents second
We started by renovating tired terraces in Ashton and Hyde, then converting houses into professional house shares and building our Urban Lofts apartments. Managing them ourselves taught us what good management really takes.
Today we look after houses, licensed house shares and serviced apartments across Tameside and North Manchester, with our own maintenance team and a simple promise: treat every property as if it were ours.
The team
Runs day to day management, tenants and Urban Lofts. Airbnb Superhost, and the person landlords and tenants speak to.
Looks after property, compliance and renovation projects, with North Point Building Services and Manchester EICR.
