Landlord safety certificates in Tameside and Manchester
Every certificate a landlord needs, tracked by North Point and carried out by our sister company Manchester EICR.

Which safety certificates does a landlord need?
In England a landlord needs a gas safety certificate every year, an electrical safety report (EICR) at least every five years, an Energy Performance Certificate rated E or above, a smoke alarm on every storey and a carbon monoxide alarm in any room with a fixed combustion appliance. House shares also need fire alarm and emergency lighting servicing and a fire risk assessment.

Manchester EICR
NICEIC Approved Contractor (618107000) and CHAS accredited, with gas work by Manchester Gas Safety (Gas Safe 976164). Based in the same Ashton-under-Lyne office as North Point.
