Certificates by our sister company

Manchester EICR

Our compliance certificates are carried out by Manchester EICR, our sister company in the same Ashton-under-Lyne office. NICEIC Approved Contractor (618107000) and CHAS accredited, with gas work by Manchester Gas Safety (Gas Safe 976164). Reports usually within 24 hours, and a discount when you book more than one service.

House shares

Specialist HMO management

A house let to five or more people from two or more households needs a mandatory HMO licence. In Tameside, turning a family home into a small house share now also needs planning permission under an Article 4 Direction.

We run house shares of our own, including a licensed six room house, so we know what the council expects, from fire doors to waste collection.
