Letting agent and HMO questions from Tameside landlords
How much does a letting agent cost in Tameside with North Point?
Let only is 75% of the first month's rent (minimum £495). Full management is 12% of the rent collected. HMO management is 14% of the rent collected plus £120 for each room we let. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. Every fee is on our services and fees page.
Is there a long contract?
No. Full management has no set-up fee and one month's notice. If we find your tenant there is a 6 month minimum, then one month's notice.
Do you manage HMOs and house shares?
Yes. We run licensed house shares of our own, including a six room house, and manage them for other landlords with room by room letting, cleaning of shared areas, fire safety servicing and licence renewals. See HMO management in Tameside.
Where are you based?
Our office is at Abode House on Crickets Lane in Ashton-under-Lyne. We manage across Tameside, including Stalybridge, Dukinfield and Hyde, plus Radcliffe and Whitefield.
Can I switch to you from another letting agent?
