Is VAT added to your fees?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Full management has no set-up fee, and inventory and check in are included.
Why compare including VAT?
Many agents quote a percentage and then add 20% VAT. A 10% fee plus VAT costs the landlord 12% of the rent.
What about the portfolio discount?
There is 1% off our management fee when you have four or more properties with us. The calculator applies it.
Is anything stored or sent when I use the calculator?
No. It is worked out in your browser and nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
